This workshop has been built from listening to people’s experiences and what has helped them when their
mental health has taken a dip.


Our online Wellness Workshop gives lots of simple, practical and effective tools to choose from that you can use to monitor and manage your own mental health on a day-to-day basis. 


SOS will close on Friday the 19 th of December @ 5pm and reopen on Monday the 5th of January 2026 @ 9am.

Turn2me is available over the Christmas season and below are the support groups we have on for Christmas week:


Christmas Blues: 25th at 12pm


Family Issues: 26th and 28th at 12pm


Bereavement: 27th and 29th at 12pm


How to Manage Anxiety: 30th at 12pm

LGBT Ireland’s National LGBT+ Helpline is available on freephone 1800 929 539, or through online chat on

We will close on 25 th and 1 st , and have a shorter service on 24 th , 26 th and 31 st . Details below:

BeLonG To Belong To will close at 5pm on Christmas Eve and re-open Friday the 2nd  of Jan.

Our youth groups will finish up for the year on the 18 th  of December and begin again on 12 th  of Jan. HUGG HUGG Support Groups will break over the Christmas holiday from 17th December and return in early January 2026.


HUGG office will close on 24th Dec and reopen on 2nd January.


HUGG Walks will take place on 1 st January in Dublin and our first café of the new year will be 9 th January in West Cork.
