Some photos from last Tuesday’s Culture Club.
We continued Food Stories for last week’s Culture Club where we gathered together to share stories and recipes and foods from our different cultural backgrounds.Olesya & Natalie made delicious traditional Ukrainian blichyki (pancakes). Armen demonstrated how to make a traditional Ukrainian ginger jam that pairs well with fish, chicken fillet, blichyki, and many other dishes.
Daniel made a yummy traditional bread and butter pudding which is from Ireland and UK that uses up stale bread.
Eve made a chicken stir fry made from a range of spices and honey. Everyone had fun learning to use chopsticks to eat the stir fry! ![]()
